Markets in the Cévennes

Local markets, night markets and flea markets

Local markets

Discover all products and savours of the Cévennes on the local markets. The picturesque convivial and lively markets are an ideal meeting place where you can stroll between the multicoloured stalls, buy local and fresh products and meet craftspeople. Every morning and in all villages of the region traditional markets are held. Here are our favourites:

  • Anduze: Thursday mornings all year through
  • Saint-Jean-du-Gard: Tuesday mornings all year through; A small rural market Saturday mornings from May to October.
  • Lasalle: Small market on Monday mornings all year through.
  • The Uzès market is on Saturdays, this beautiful traditional market is well worth the one hour drive from the campsite.
